Re thinking the process

-  Understanding the current landscape, I've had to make the difficult decision to shift my focus from the older players on the team to the younger ones. Part of the ethics

of CODE Sports is being honest about a player's opportunities for recruitment, and it was time for me to be realistic about the prospects for these players.

Unfortunately, the seniors on the team were unlikely to attract much attention from colleges at this point. Given the current resources, fundamental structure of the school, and lack of parental support, I didn't believe it was feasible for them to significantly improve their recruitment prospects.

However, for the younger members of the team, there's still potential for growth and development. By focusing my efforts on these players, I can help them lay the groundwork for their future athletic endeavors. It's about recognizing where we can make the most impact and directing our energy towards those who still have the opportunity to shape their collegiate aspirations
