Work Plan

Duties and Purpose -The purpose of the collaboration between Code Sports and John F Kennedy Athletics, is to guide and inspire young men through education and emphasizing the importance of work ethic. Drawing from Keith Sanchez's extensive background in college athletics, Code Sports is dedicated to providing the John F Kennedy baseball team with the tools and guidance needed to excel academically and athletically in a intentional holistic approach. Through fostering a culture of commitment, resilience, and personal growth, we aim to empower these athletes to realize their fullest potential in all aspects of their lives with hopes of increasing their opportunity to be recruited by collegiate baseball teams

Goals - Cultivating high school student-athletes goes beyond athletic prowess; our goal is to nurture their mental and physical well-being while empowering them to navigate NIL opportunities and brand building. Through stress management techniques, personalized physical training, and education on injury prevention, we aim to bolster their resilience and performance. Furthermore, we're committed to educating parents on the recruitment process, NCAA guidelines, and the emerging field of NIL, ensuring they play an informed and supportive role in their child's athletic journey."

Work Hours - Keith will attend both practices and games serving in the role of an assistant coach who focuses on key elements such as work ethic, a sustained standard of excellence, and providing them with the right approach to take on daily task that may not always directly involve baseball .
